Design & Customisation

· For personalised items, please send us your own design or image. If you do not provide a design and request us to print text, we will use our own judgement for suitable font ,style or colour.

· We expect a complete design from the buyer. As a goodwill gesture, we may create or modify a design to satisfy the buyer. If you request us to create a design (Text with specific font, alignment, colour; or adding image & text ; or adding few image etc.), please remember we need additional time to create artwork based on your instruction and to show you an example (if necessary) for your confirmation.

· If you request us to create design; or if confirmation from buyers side become necessary due to the nature of the product or service, we will calculate the dispatch time after receiving a clear confirmation from buyer side.
