Return, Exchange & Refund

Refunds shall be issued if goods are not as described.

• If an item is faulty we should be contacted immediately and items should be sent back for a refund or exchange.
• Items should be sent back in the condition in which they were received.
• Custom printed products are not refundable unless the product is damaged or there is a printing error by us.
• Refunds will be given if the item is returned within 14 days. All tags and original packaging must still be intact.
• Refunds will be given once item has been received back. Please include your user ID and Item number with the product, for a faster refund.
• All postage and packing costs for returns and exchange are to be paid by the buyer. 
• Postage costs for items will not be refunded.
• These policies do not affect your statutory rights.
